Can't add accounts to mailpile

Just installed mailpile for the first time, on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Set up the settings I wanted from the GUI, and then clicked on the add account button, and nothing happened.

The CLI button doesn’t do anything, either.

I encountered the same problem the other day.
(Still looking for a solution. Is it a acl issue?)
