In the past we used GitHub Issues for support; searching there first or checking our FAQ might be worth a try.
We also have an IRC channel on Freenode, named #mailpile, where we sometimes do live support sessions. Note that people on IRC are often “idle” for extended periods of time; the best strategy is to politely ask your question and then wait patiently for a response.
Although we understand malfunctioning software can be pretty frustrating, please keep in mind that most people here are volunteers. Being polite and friendly is important. Thanks!
